We grow kale all year round, with an exception of only about 6 weeks in June/July. We can do this because we grow different varieties that suit different times of year. Ragged Red Jack and Uncle John's Kale are two varieties you will see at our shop/stall soon. They are both delicious and tender and you can use every part of the leaf. Try what's in season!
