It's that moment you've all been waiting for! Who is the winner of our annual 'Guess the Number of Brussels Sprouts Competition'? Well.... drum roll please🥁🥁....it was John Burke!! He guessed 260 and there were 261 sprouts on the stalks in total! John's guess was the closest. Well done, John! He gets a €30 voucher for Carlow Farmers Market! Here is a picture of our hard working WWOOF volunteer from France, Demont, showing off some of our famous Brussels Sprouts! We will be selling them on the stem and loose for Christmas. We have grown two lovely varieties this year: Trafalgar and Brendan. Christmas dinner wouldn't be complete without them!
